when i make detailed houses i usually texture the windows, doorframes, wall trims and pillars twisted wood and the colour white to make it look more reslistic. Eh idk just a suggestion, also great vid anix!!

In decorations there is something called "Garland" it might still be in game. It is a thicc, and it looks like vines FWI
anix!!!i recomend when your building a build in this style use darker plants and darker colors also not just the plain thin pillars use more shaped ones that has some kind of feeling to it!! on the white walls use the color *pearl* instead of industrial white bc it gives off a more cozy and welcoming feeling to it.. bringing more textures into the walls and doing the *realistic brick trick* gives off so much more kindness from the build!! * im sorry if i spelled anything wrong * my tips dont work for every style but it fits lovely with this one

a little hack if you have advanced placement- you can place stools or a simplicity table or whatever down, color it to match the bed, put what you want on a table if you want something on it, then move a bed on top of it.

The floor plan that you were doing for the house was literally the same exact house I was going for 😂
Some of my top stuff I do when building a house:
• whenever making a house and you don't have 100k or more, try to make a layout that isn't like 50k or something. Make it a mini suburban house with 2 floors ( u don't have to) , you will definitely have enough.
• This may not be your building style but I actually use the fences to create my layout, not the big ones tho! I also add pillars so I can be ready and organized 😎.
• when doing the exterior color, I mostly do linen with the wood planks (I think that's what their called?). But sometimes lily white / industrial white to make it cute, but anyways linen forever.
• You wanna build a pastel cute family house? These are my top 3 color pallets in my opinion:
- Seashell
- Linen
- Baby Blue (I forgot the name :()
- Khaki
- white or any white color
- sage green
- pastel brown
- and the peach pink I literally FORGOTT.

tip : to make a ✨detailed✨ house instead of only using white with like no texture at all use different textures and just use the ones you like and think that matches the best.
