Hello, Teacher. 🙂 I have some notes from my observers here but I am sorry I can't share it with you. We are no longer attaching the observation notes form in the portfolio to protect our raters. 🙂 Pero wala naman po tayong format sa observation notes. Observers have to list down ALL the things that they observed in the classroom bearing in mind the indicators to be rated later. Observation notes, however they are written, should always facilitate rating. 🙂

Hello po. For Objective 12 po, 1st to 4th quarter po ang entry talaga. Tama po kayo, test papers ng isang bata na lang. Pwedeng ung apat na periodic test po ng isang bata na may signature of receipt ng parent. :)

Based on DO2, s2015 po, yes Maam, si SH po ang rater. If ever po sasama mag-observe si HT, di po siya magre-rate. Si HT po ay mag-oobserve kay T1-T3. 'Sa ngayon po' kasi eventually i-re-revise din po ang DO2 to include important details like 'who should observe who?'. Di pa lang po magawa sa ngayon kasi hindi pa po natin tapos ang 3-yr cycle. 🙂

Hello po. 🙂 Wala na po un, Maam, since last yr. Un nga lang po, hindi natanggal agad sa manual. Bale po ang magiging basis po ng kung ano ang ioobserve na indicators per observation ay ang ating indicator list. 🙂
