Upgrade the HDD to a SATA SSD in your PS4 and games will load way faster and in game textures will stream in much smoother.
If you don't want to mess with the Internals, an USB 3.0 Sata SSD would do the trick as well.

Days Gone was probably the best ps4 game.
I loved Watch Dogs when it came out. It got a lot of hate due to the graphical downgrade, but it was a very competent and fun game. Order 1886 was just too short, gameplay was solid but there wasn't enough combat sections.
There’s so many good games on the ps3/ps4. And not a lot on the ps5. There’s a drought of good games. Just recently completed Portal 2 on the ps3. Absolutely amazing.
Recently tried Infamous Second Son for the first time, and once I started, I couldn't stop until the end. In my opinion, one of the best games.☺️

Nice selection of games! PS4 is just chef’s kiss, I really think that this console is going to last very very long. To the point where buying a PS4 or a PS4 game in a few years could cost you quit a lot 😅
The order 1886 got a lot of hate because of the black bars and short campaign. I loved the game it wasn’t a perfect game but it was fun.
Also because it was full price yet you could beat it in a weekend and there was little replay value.
The Order 1886 is hated for no reason at all. Outsanding Graphics, Great Story and Theme, doesn't get boring... what more could you ask for?
Well, full retail price for a 5 hour game is a lot to ask.

People didn't like it because it wasn't a tedious 30+ hour game. I liked the fact that the game was short and sweet.

After watching this video, I picked up order 1886, and you’re right it is fantastic the way they integrated the PlayStation 4 controller effects is very immersive. Definitely one of the most unique games I’ve ever played! Thank you for your recommendations.
Totally agree about Mafia Definitive Edition. Just a solid action game experience through and through, and an above-average story as well. I liked that there was no unnecessary side content, and the game just propelled you along the campaign from mission to mission.
If you want to be blown away… try the fatal frame series …. They came out on ps2 and are on ps3 store for cheap

Finished it mafia 1 & 2 on it.
I love the original Mafia but the remake felt like a soulless game made by AI.
Play outer wilds dude. It is a complex and a bit frustrating but one of the best recent games iv seen and played . Don't loom up too much about it because every single expirence ties into the lvl of impact the ending gives you. With that said, I honestly think you'll enjoy it. Just don't expect to rush through it

The order was incredible and took took me a bit to finish because I played it on the hardest setting to savor the game just can't get over the stupid black bars tho, and ive seen folks on pc remove them and up the frame rate and it looks gorgeous.

The vita remote play works really well as long as your not trying to play multiplayer
If you ain't already, try murdered soul suspect, don't hear much about it but it was a really enjoyable game
I loved Order 1886. Man How I wish it was not reviewed bomb. To be honest it was very short but it so sweet.
Out of my series x and PS4 pro i enjoy the playstation pro more, there's just something about it that makes it so good to play. I bought a PSVR1 to go with it a couple of years ago and i love that thing.....so many great PSVR games to experience and there as cheap as an ice-cream cone...😂 Love it.
Try out Judgement or Yakuza 0, if you like serious, darker games with great single player stories.
ill never forget playing yakuza 0 for the first time its one of my favorite games of all time

Dude try MAD MAX on ps4 it is very good so far atleast it's my first playthrough ever. I'm enjoying it immensely.

I loved Mafia Definite Edition and Days Gone. Watch Dogs is on the back catalogue but I think I’ll like it tbh, looks right up my street… basically a GTA style sandbox game 😁 The problem I had with the Order 1886 was how it would jump into a cut scene when it didn’t need to. The beginning goes into cut scenes and gives u very little to do in between but the worse bit was I jumped from one building to another and yep another cutscene. I do like story driven games, but I just feel like it was too restrictive at times. Gave me the feeling I was on a predetermined path that I couldn’t change if that makes sense and at times little to do before another cut scene. I dropped it.
The only issue I had with The Order was its length. It was too short. I wanted more, or a sequel. I think it got a lot of hate because at launch it felt more like a tech demo to show what the PS4 can do and it wasn’t fully fleshed out.
Im in the same boat that you are in people dislike watch dogs 1 but i enjoy it alot same with farcry 5 people dislike it but i enjoy it

Don't listen to ign or gamespot or a multiple content creators that bandwagon hate on stop and just like typical sheepel people in the comment sections they follow suit instead of figuring out if a game is fun themselves.

The Order 1886 is over hated because it was a launch title that had a fair amount of hype. That didn’t quite live up to the expectations for people on top of being a 5 hour game with a full price tag attached to it. Some full price games are short nowadays but it seems enough of the gaming community is more tolerant now then gamers were then. I just think if it released at 40$ it wouldn’t have caught as much hate as it did.
Yo you need to play Yukuza 0 and hotwheels unleashed 2 on ps4. Trust me

I am currently going for platinum on Mafia Definitive Edition. Playing it in classic mode makes the race really hard. But the game is great.

I bought The Order when it came out and never played it until about 3 months ago. It was good. Lots of bad reviews. Watch Dogs I'm currently playing here n there. Good also.
People were so negative about “resistance burning skies” that when I played the game with low expectations, I enjoyed it a lot. I thought it was unfair to the game. We should not pay attention to game authorities and people, sometimes we need to give games a chance ourselves.

Never ever listen to reviews. Play games for yourself to get the bigger picture. One example is the ign review of alien isolation. They hated it and reviewed it badly. That game was amazing and I can't help think that igns useless reviewers killed any chance of a sequel.

You're realising most reviews from gaming journalists are trash and more about politics than gaming.
The order 1886 is the perfect length. The visuals are beautiful and the story is great. How it was launch title is shocking. I hate how long stuff takes to make and especially hate how long games take to beat.
If you like dark gloomy games please try out the like a dragon yakuza games. N to make it even better amazon making a tv show out of it.
