- Oakland police have a warning about an upward trend in armed robberies.
They said there have been five at ATM's in recent weeks.

Thank you for mentioning mall parking lots because the first two you mentioned is kinda common sense. Parking lots are also very popular with the you know who's. They target the mid to high end SUVs first. Anyone that values their life or their car should avoid shopping in certain areas. Especially nowadays with high inflation and an economic downturn.
