    Vibrator is the only way to go. You explain all the linear feet being ran but did you subtract how much vynal you'll have to cut off to make it all level.

      I was quoted $250/ft for Steel panels.

      Cheap, over here you wouldn't get hardwood piling for that price let alone plastic or steel. Be looking closer to $400+ a ft
