Thanks Yousef. I 've never had to wait for 14 days to receive a verification code so what i would suggest is to try verifying your business by phone. Log into your Google My Business account, click the "enter code" button at the top of the page. On the next screen click on the "request another code" link. That should give you the option to verify your business via a phone call on the number you have provided for your business. The verification should then be immediate. Hope this helps

Yes. Just go into your GMB profile click on the info option (left menu) Under your business name you should see a category, click on the pencil icon next to i You should see a pop up where you can select your primary category and under it you can add secondary categories

Listings on Google My Business can only be created for businesses that either have a physical location that customers can visit, or that travel to visit customers where they are. If you don't fit with this description then you shouldn't use Google my business
how to add business to google map for a restricted country like Cuba? ... somehow there are many businesses mapped, but when i try to add one myself, the google restrictions prevent me. some are not claimed but others like restaurant "Dandy" in the center of old havana by capitola managed to get mapped and even have 40+ photos. ... ?
That is a very interesting question but sadly my knowledge doesn't stretch as far as specific cases such as the one you describe. Have you tried the google my business support forum? support.google.com/business/community

Hi Luc, I think this video has become a little out of date as the way GMB is presented when you go to register looks quite different now. Also Blumenthals have completely changed in the 3 years since you made this tutorial. Still, it was very useful and I've now registered my Guided Walking Tour business properly (I hope!) and look forward to seeing the effect on bookings!

Hi Luc, Google keeps changing 'Lane' to 'Ln' by itself. Having watching your videos I understand it's important to have the same exact address across the web. But Google seems to put commas in the wrong places and truncate lane to ln for example. I have also tried to move the pin a few times, it asks me for verification, I get a new pin, put it in and then the pin moves to the wrong place again! Any suggestions?
This sounds very weird. I guess if you change the pin you are telling google your business has moved location in which case you would need to re verify. As per the change from ln to lane , i have never come across this before.

Hi richard If your food stall is a permanent fixture at the location and you can receive mail at the address in question then yes. If not then it will go against Google's guidelines.

When did you create your listing? Icons are determined by Google. Not every indsutry has one

Is the confirmation code postcode a UK thing? I didn't need one in the USA.
No, some businesses are able to verify their businesses over the phone in the UK too

You can't delete a listing yourself. For further instruction refer to the suppot page from google: support.google.com/business/answer/4669092?hl=en

How do you add a listing if it is a small food stall, together with other stalls, under the same roof but sharing one address?

If your food stall is a permanent fixture at the location and you can receive mail at the address in question then yes.
If not then it will go against Google's guidelines.
My question is how do you add if there is more than one stall sharing the same address?
Hi Richard. You can create a GMB profile like any other business. As long as you can receive the coupon Google will be sending you to verify your business I guess you can create a profile.
