It would be a good idea to do a more-or-less repeat of this as a guide for slow muscle-ups. It took me a LONG time to realize that it was my wrists not being strong enough that was keeping me from doing them (I was doing pull-ups & dips, I always used to be able to do slow muscle-ups very easily, but I always used to do pull-ups with my wrists revved).
Hi there, are their benefits in training false grip? If i am not particularly interested in muscle ups? So basically, is false grip training making my grips or lower arm stronger? Or is it just a particular skill for muscle ups? Thanks
