Do the steering bearing cost a lot to replace? I was planning to buy a used mp3 500 but the front tyres have uneven wear, the right sides of both tyres is nearly bald compared to the left sides, which are quite alright. I was wondering what the problem could be. Could you advise?

It sounds like the front end may have had a knock at some stage. Steering bearings cost around £500 to have done at a dealership.
