07 Aug 1990 - Desert Shield begins
17 Jan 1991 - Desert Storm air war begins at 3 AM

Remember those days, was there 81-94 working in Frankfurt, and passed the base almost daily, and visited off and on from work. Left country in 98, and will be back in July 2024 for a visit.
