32041 MARS 1/32 German Anti-Tank Team WWII

Hello everyone. We bought the 32041 MARS 1/32 German Anti-Tank Team WWII set and present it to you here. It has some interesting figures, but there is also a lot of flesh to remove. There are some ugly irritations in the faces that need to be fixed. 2-3 more dynamic fighting poses would have done the set good too. Let's see what you can do with a few modifications. These look like what Airfix could have ended up like, instead we got ‘Space Warriors’, NATO troops and those Russians. These are great figures!

If it didn't say so on the box, I'd never have believed that the "NATO infantry" were really from Airfix. The company was circling the drain at the time those came out, though.

Wow it burns me to admit this but there as good as the airfix mid 70s

The heavy flashing going straight through the face, is problematic meaning, in attempts to clean it up often the nose goes. That alone gives me pause.

Love the figures, what type of plastic are they made out of? Soft rubbery like Conte, or harder,sturdier like Airfix, Marx? Or something like TSSD?

Softer than conte - You can bend it and throw it down - nothing will break

@@toysoldiernostalgia I had the same problem with the Mars tank crews. Unfortunately, there are often unsightly ridges on the face. Mars definitely needs to get better here. I also noticed the weapons or shoes - there are often very few details here.
