    Whenever u get time please make a video especially for students and new joinees(employees)as morning me we get max.40-45 mins for health for exercise.to konsa exercise kab karna kya konse body part hit karna useke upar.at home specially..☺️

    Thank you! Do you measure your macros everyday? Do you use an app to do so, including items that you cook compared to packaged items? Finally, do you meal prep? How do you stay good with them? I always end up eating something bad at some point in the day.

      Hi, Yes I do use an app to track my calories & macros and that includes both packed and cooked food. I try to cook fresh every day however sometimes I make extra and keep in the refrigerator to use it next day. I’m going to explain how to track your calories & macros in the next video and will also try to explain how you can stick to your meal. So stay tuned 😊👍

      Hello Raisa, fat loss ke liye calories matter karti hai. Workout may not help if you calories are way more than you need, Fat loss ke liye aap ko calories deficit me aana pageda.
