I've used that glue in the body shop for over 40 years and it's great stuff. Wind whistles are super annoying but usually easy to fix. Great video Kent!
Thank you for sharing this easy fix . My mechanic wanted to change my w210 automatic transmission for a howling noise ,so I decided to look for the noise myself . It turned out to be the drive shaft bearing that needed to be changed . You see in Lebanon when a mechanic makes a mistake, it's the customer who pays for it !
The same here. I do not trust many professional mechanics. A friend of mine was at a local shop. They rolled a customer's car out of the shop and broke a rear view mirror off. Added it to the bill.
Ohhhh! My car has a wind noise problem on the passenger side, and there is indeed a small tear in that weatherstrip, near the hinge! Bingo! Thank you Mr. Bergsma!
Dice Dice Baby Both of my front doors have small splits at that area, but they arent wide enough to make noise yet. Time for some preventative maintenance!
1985 W123 TD 4-speed wagen. Need the AC bracket that is bolted between the oil pan and block. Mine is cracked/broken. CANNOT FIND ONE ANY WHERE !!! Help!!

Kent, is that a special tape that adheres to rubber? I've tried the blue painters tape but it will not adhere to rubber.
That is green "Frog" tape. It does stick a little better than the blue tape ( especially the cheaper brands ).
