There is nothing lied as far as I can tell. They really been working hard to accomplice even better results over the 791 - which already sounded great. I have been lucky to be able to listen extensively to both the 791 and 891 and there is more difference in quality then you would expect when considering the 'law of diminishing returns'.
Heard Moon gear, well engineered and even high prices it is still on the more realistic side. He did his technical overview of the DAC pretty well!! It is a shame if you see the new MSB stack and their technical presentation for an €120k DAC..
Thanks for covering Moon products. It doesn’t seem to get a lot of exposure and I’ve always been curious about it. It looks extremely well-built. Kosta seem to be reading from a script lol. I just wish he used less corporate style double adjectives and marketing terms to discuss a little bit more about substance of what is inside the product. But nevertheless, sounds like a passionate company and well built product. Can’t wait for your review.
@@TheAlphaAudio Maybe up-close different, but from a distance, they look identical to old Classe chassis which actually was a one block of aluminum carved out and it also acted as heatsink, it wasn't screwed together.

He's a great guy, really. After te interview we talked about his Nakamichi / Aiwa collection: 22 tape recorders! He truly likes hifi.
