It's fair use, it's parody, and it's a cosplay. It might be hard to fight for those reasons because Token is still making money off the video for Disney's creation of a character, but I do believe the character itself "sid" isn't licensed in any way, and its not defamation because Disney isn't losing money for this lmao.

But, my other theory is that whoever was behind that email and representing Disney is definitely someone my age (someone in their 20s, or early 30s maximum). There was no professionalism in the email. I will say that saying "bitch" in an email isn't exactly a red flag that it's fake tho. I come across a lot of court documents and they don't censor or hold back. But, it's rather the style of the email i am more ocncerned about and it indicates they may had a bigger role in the decision than Disney themselves. Attaching personal feelings about how saying bitch is disturbing because its disrespectful to women. The extra part was not needed in that email.

Idk if it needs to be a fight. I can see a few ways to at least try to get an agreement
i.e. "We completely understand where you're coming from, but there are ways we can divert any damage to your name and redirect it back at us and we would appreciate giving those consideration before pressing forward." Then send them a version where at the end of the video, a giant version of the lamp in the Pixar intros that pounces on and replaces the "I" does that same pounce, but onto the video scene, and then it transitions to a screenshot of their email, and maybe a meaningful and thought-out disclaimer that you dont represent them in any way
Obviously that might not work, but anything could be worth a try
Personally, I can see some long term value in building good blood with those kinda studios

The fact that the video doesn't contain any clips from the movies means at the very most they could make you change the name, since that's definitely registered.

This seems like it’s clearly fake but if it’s not, it’s obviously just because the song is called “Toy Story.” The content of the video is fair use but the song title is a copyright owned by disney pixar.
