Watson's Glen | 23AUG2019

A fantastic day of golf playing Watson's Glen for the first time and was by far my best round of the year with 5 birdies and 3 failed up and downs for a neat score of 70 (-2), hitting 12/14 fairways and 11 of 18 greens. The key difference was the putting - I only needed 27 putts for the round and not to mention at I could have gone least 4 to 5 shots lower if they didn't hit the pin or lipped out from the hole!
It was an incredible achievement despite the strong 2 to 3 club winds on every hole! My drives went as short as 240 yards (normal 275) and as long as 300 yards, and from 150 yards I have hit as long as a 6-Iron (normally 8-iron) to as short as a Pitching Wedge depending on the wind!
