In Episode 01 of TCM Up-Close, Lt Gen (R) Javed Ashraf Qazi shares his experiences as DG ISI and his relations with the then COAS, Gen Waheed Kakar, during the 1990s.

The crux is that the army has always been interfering in the politics of the country and resultantly Pakistan has become a failed state suffering from one crisis to the other.
