If they can't make everyone relatively equal, then I believe they should just keep rotating the "top tier" characters. Like how Ralf, Vanessa & Terry were at the top in vanilla. Then Luong, Gato ect. Maxima, Antonov & King next?🙏
Pineapple was the only fighter here who was interesting to watch. It's extremely boring to see Benimaru, Isla, Geese mirror matches. There is an entire roster of characters to choose from...and everyone here just picked the meta characters. 😢 Please SNK, buff the other options or something, this is ridiculous.
We all want to see other characters from the roster but .... these guys compete to win money. It's perfectly understandable they chose the top tier characters while it sucks for the audience to see the same teams over and over. The developer doesn`t seem interested at all to balance the other characters and make a bigger competitive pool. Pretty sure all of the guys competing would love to try other characters if the top tier ones didn`t have such huge blatant advantages.
This evo's organisation is fucking awful. It honestly felt like I spent more time watching the players set up then actual matches. and why the fuck is day 3 only 3 games and all in the evening?! if this is the case then you have fucking time for top 8 instead of a truncated top 6
…It was morning for me, you know, it depends of where you live. And top 6 is what EVO usa decided last year, and is now the default format for EVO, not only in Japan.
