Thanks!
These older condos are spacious. Reminds me of older NYC apt buildings.
There will be families that move into these units.. thanks for watching Bruce
Is the ひたち really 60,000 Y a month if theres an elevator in the building?...The first place and the place overlooking the school are nice layouts, thats a real bonus having a balcony on 2 sides too.
I was a manager of a building before and I've seen all the contracts with Hitachi that we had in our contract was 60,000 yen a month... Might be slightly more now
@@TREMVan Oh its the company Hitachi, I thought I'd learnt a new Japanese word for apartment fees haha. Man $600aud a month $7200aud a year just for an elevator. Is that per tenant or total cost divided by tenants?
@@VirtualHorizonz That's for the building. So it's part of the maintenance regime. So for example in the building where I used to be the manager in Shibuya. There were 50 units. And we would bring in about 300,000 yen a month for management so the elevator cost 20%.
You need a smooth running elevator in a building so you have to pay it. Something goes wrong. Hitachi will be there to fix it.
Very important with the aging society to have the elevators working....
@@TREMVan Gotcha, cheers!...thats not so bad and yeah. One thing I've always said is that for a place with so much high tech stuff. There's way too many stairs. Western Australia is very flat and most of us just drive and park going A to B. So you tend to not be used to all the walking and stairs you encounter in Tokyo. You want an elevator for sure.
