    Vote NO on this change. The problem with replacing "Every" (with "only") is that it allows the Legislature to pass some law that restricts certain citizens from voting. Just which citizens a future Legislature might restrict is unknown in 2024. The present wording using "Every" precludes that happening. Perhaps, in some future election, the wording can be changed to something less dangerous.

      Like how felons can currently vote when they are not in custody... oh wait... can they ever vote again even if they have changed their ways?
