It felt great. I've since played a game on it for a Kraken Hockey League event and there is a difference between ice made for NHL player use and ice at the other rinks in the area.
Wow there's some big money wrapped up in that place.
Being real honest. I'm not a big fan of the setup with the locker room. I wish that it could have made some stalls to put helmets and gloves and maybe hooks to put either gear or jersey or skates or whatever to make it more unique. It's not the worst by no mean. Everything else it looks very good.
I played a captains' scrimmage game there a couple days after filming this video and they definitely do have some work to do on the locker rooms. They need to add a stick rack by the entrance and figure out how to make the rooms cooler. The locker rooms were at least 80 degrees which isn't fun after a game.
@@emeraldcityhockey5810 Oh interesting. I didn't notice about the stick rack not being installed. Cooler definitely would help for sure. I'm sure the rink adjustments will be provided at some point this season.
