There is an interview on YT with this guy Pete Morgan. He used to be PHNX All city. Worked for the Coyotes and is a really good resource for hockey. You should have him on. That said he dropped an interview with Dave H this week. They played and I think worked together at ND. He was very classy and also made some great points about the Kraken direction amd what happened and is sorta happening. It is not only great insight but it is something I think most Kraken fans need to hear because again this has been over talked about BUT still true that the second year was great for player dev but not for the org overall. Take this for what you will: I was born in Toronto to a Canadian and Australian, I was raised in the Greater Seattle Area, and I have spent maybe a total of a month in SoCal throughout my entire life. For some reason, I have always referred to highways as "The 405," "The 520," "The I5." I only recently learned that this was a topic of linguistic significance.

You guys said it best. Kraken played well in the 1st, but then the beast that is the Jets woke up and dominated the 2nd and 3rd periods. They have the best powerplay AND the best goaltender in the league. The fact that the score was only 2-1 and not 5-1 is a miracle.

One shot away from a win against a better team in a losing season isn't a bad thing. Seattle will be a team on the rise.
