Dr. Lum -thank you so much for your video! It was very informative!! I've submitting my ERAS this year (tomorrow for one program in particular).. I've including various experiences from my work as an IMG ( I included my 3 years of working and separately I wrote about some individual patient experiences), volunteer at church, community. If I was a jury on a murder drug case where I learned some lessons about communication and teamwork, is that an experience that can be included? I'm applying for FM with a special interest in psych.
