I have to disagree with the Asian sister, I don't see those specific instances as derogatory to Asians, but I'm happy to hear her voice demanding respect for her culture. I'm Black and I have witnessed racist shit towards Asians while with an Asian friend who was reluctant to admit what we were seeing was racist. She did not see the racism but I did, I was offended. I know that Asians need to speak up for themselves, they have been quiet for too long. I am happy to hear it.
