I just purchased my very first Hobonichi weeks April Start! This was a very informative video and a great primer for my first Hobonichi experience! Thank you~
I've watched a million of these Hobonichi Weeks videos and I have not yet seen anyone flip the Weekly pages to do a vertical planning style the way the Cousin layout is for the Weeklies. It's a tiny column to plan in, but if the Horizontal weekly layout is turning people off to this Weeks Version, they could flip it for the Vertical Planning. Just my 2 cents.
I'm using weeks next year!! (Conor too hehe) We have a special collaboration weeks from Japan! The measurements page is one of my favourite pages! I think it's so clever. The strides measurements is really good for people who like doing survival or compass scavenger hunt :D I can't wait to break into my weeks!!
I'm a digital planner, but if I ever did analog planning, I would have gone with the Weeks! I so appreciate your looks inside the planners (hi Ashley!) so that someone who is new to all of this can decide which one is right for them.
My first planner was the weeks, used it as a short journalling in 2020 and there's not much things to write about due to covid restrictions during that time, next year I'm using the weeks as a personal journal deco and fill it up with stickers ✨ 💖
This is my first looks at the Hobonichi Weeks. Wow I love that it comes with a cover and bookmarks. The only downside is that it’s too small for me☹️ I’ll stick with the a6 size.
@@ashenamber have you seen Angeliz’ Stationery Room (YT channel)’s Hobonichi Weeks meal planning videos? She did them almost weekly for a year (last year?) and they are SOOOO useful and interesting to me! I really love her channel overall, but the Weeks’ Menu-planning content is the best. She is very warm and funny and un-intimidating. I’ve tried various menu planning and they all get overwhelming, too hard, or make you feel like you failed (in my experience). But weeks is just ideal! And her example/encouragement is awesome!
Loving the content! These videos have been so helpful in deciding what is right for me without spending a lot of money and wasting notebooks. But i do have a clarifying question: When you say more pages in the mega, is that pages (front and back = 2) or literal pieces of paper?

I wish these planners had a lined option, they all seem to have grids or dot grids. :-S
I am using the weeks planner again as my personal planner and edc. The cousin will track my bills and on the daily pages I will journal. I will us the A6 techo as my work planner.
Thank you so much for going through step by step! You could call this Hobonichi Weeks 101 lol!

Vertical layout on a Hobonichi weeks is not my fave. But definitely doable 😊
I cannot wait for December to start using mine !! It will be my first time using a hobonichi. I went for the Tokyo national museum cover ❤️❤️🍰🧁🎂

Mon Oncle for 2023. I plan to use it as a meal planner for my family and pre planner. 😊
I love to meal plan in Weeks!
@@beritbunny I’m excited to start! This is my first Hobonichi. Trying to cook more consistently. Glad to know others have had success!

I think she has a playlist for it!

Yes, they are mostly gridded :(
