Curt Henig had the total package. The look, the athleticism, great mic skills, great wrestling ability, and that great great entrance music. He really was Mr Perfect. I hated his WCW run. WWE is where he was meant to be.

I loved the Horsemen, and when he slammed Flair's head in the cage and joined nWo in 97, I'd never hated someone so much, up until til the day he died. The man is a legend, and its good to know he's still regarded highly among his peers. RIP Mr. Perfect.

They worked, I was a young kid watching Mr Perfect, those videos of him dominating every sport really had me believing that Kurt was some sort of super athlete, like he was a step up above the rest.

Either way it doesn't really matter, Kurt will always be Perfect no matter how you slice it.

I remember in that match Dibiase came out with Virgil and it led to Hennig regaining the title, pretty sure Heenan was still managing at that time too. I was probably one of the only 9 or 10 year olds in the crowd standing and cheering Mr. Perfect regaining the title while everyone else booed. The vignettes for him, his athleticism, charisma and everything as a whole were something I loved as a kid, even in the Hogan era.

That seems to happen now & again. There were reports that the reason Arn Anderson was fired from the WWE was because he allowed Alicia Fox to wrestle on a house show while drunk. The Revival's Dash Wilder looked a bit off on a WWE show (Raw?), tripping over the jumbotron/stage setup when he was heading to the ring. This was a few weeks prior to them leaving. Eli Drake was drunk during a NWA Powerr episode.
