Spend Thanksgiving week with me and family as we celebrate with our annual traditions. Wishing you and yours a very happy holiday season
🍪 No Bake Cookie Recipe 🍪
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butte
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
4 tbs. cocoa powder
3 cups "quick" oats
1 tsp. vanilla
Boil: sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder for 1.5 min. (start timing when mixture comes to a boil). Remove from heat.
Add: peanut butter, oats & vanilla. Beat until blended.
Drop by tsp. onto waxed paper to set & cool.
🍪 Date Ball Recipe 🍪
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup chopped dates
1 tsp vanilla
2.5 cups rice cripsy cereal
Crushed walnuts
Crushed dates
Combine first 4 ingredients and cook for 5 min on stove stirring constantly until simmering (to prevent the egg from cooking start with medium/low heat).
Remove from stove and add vanilla and cereal.
Let cool for 8 min.
Form into balls and roll half of recipe in coconut and half in walnuts.
Place on waxed paper.
Refrigerate to set.
