I got the same one in December! Also first bike. About 36K miles, still rides like a dream. Super easy to ride, comfortable, turns some heads. Nice pick. 👌
Just got this exact same bike too. Love the sound, the vibrations and how easy it is to handle. It's definitely slow compared to my Suzuki GSX 650f but I just love the feeling of riding the ER6N!
Im from Malaysia . I currently own a 2009 , pearl white ER6 n . 76k Kilometers mileage. Kawasaki big bikes are the cheapest to buy and cheapest to maintain here in my country .. cheap , but good quality .
@@aidenreekie2668 still performs very well .. Just standby the usual wear and tear parts . Also a voltmeter is highly recommended. To help monitor battery , Stator coil and Rectifier health . I already replaced my stator coil. Which is normal for bikes this age.
@talktovijith that is awesome! Both are good bikes, imo. The er6n was never going to be a long term machine for me, but a great bike to start on. Thanks!

Thanks! Enjoying it so far, great city bike / short trips. Already on the hunt for something better for long trips. 😉
Is that 36 000 miles

Wonderful machines!
How does yours ride after this many kilometres. I’m thinking of buying one with some miles on it and wonder if it still rides good ? 👍

Probably just a coincidence but have seen quite a few Bonneville owners having a ER6N in their garage aswell.

Local dealer near me has a new 2009 for 3800....im tempted
Great starter bikes!
Does your rear brake feel weak?
Not sure if "weak" would be how I would describe it. I can lock it up on demand, but there is a bit of travel in the pedal before I get a strong bite.
