i have the exact same thumb rest as the brown p320 on my m18. It works amazing for me and is in a great position. Maybe you just have longer thumbs but that thumb rest was the best mod i did to the gun. Def worth the 40-60$ since it is a metal takedown lever also. Makes my shooting so much better. Would def love to try out that new light thumb rest on the 365, looks like a great idea
I use the Streamlight TLR-1HL or TLR-7A light bolt for my thumb rest. I watched a video years ago on Taran Tactical's channel 🤮. Robert Vogel rolls his support hand aggressively, and so I tried it and loved it. This might be a good product for people who don't like the takedown lever for recoil control.

Heat gun the spot on your holster where the thumb rest would be and shove the gun into the holster and you press the kydex down around it
