How does it taste
Recently discovered that seperate banana and milk are fine around 20 mins apart however blended together upset the digestive system and cause sinus problems which can be dangerous for asthmatics, I've been having sinus problems for 3 days mixing banana and milk and had no idea why as it's not hayfever season just yet (im aware of tree pollen) but something told me to look it up. Maybe use a milk alternative or eat the banana seperate and consume less calories 🙆♀️

Really i thought it is a weight gain smoothie
Healthy doesn't always mean its for weight loss, it's good for a pre work out or for body builders however you shouldn't blend banana and milk as it upsets the digestive system and cause sinus problems
