Benjamin Fredrick I have three things to say to you: 1 - Stop being a tryhard. The internet has enough of those already. 2 - estarlingful's grammar is correct. In this case, the word "she" is a pronoun in place of Brooke. 3 - If you're going to attempt to correct someone's grammar usage, use complete sentences.
You are a very talented young lady. I hope that you never lose your passion for the drums, that you keep exploring all types of music and continue to grow with the the instrument. Keep having fun too. Fun is key. Looking forward to seeing more videos. If I may suggest some bands to you I would suggest, Grand Funk Railroad, Van Halen, Iron Maiden, Cheap Trick and Deep Purple. A lot of great drum parts within those bands. 🤘
we're hearing more more of lars' drums than hers. the cymbals and hh's are turned up, so that it apprears like its her drum. I see this a lot on YT. Same with tool cover. not saying she's not playing, we're just not hearing it. meytal does the same.
One of my favorite bands! Great job Brooke! Like one of the other viewers said, somewhere, someplace a band is in need of an awesome drummer! Stay passionate. Keep playing. Stay HUMBLE. You will go far!
This isn't just a typical note-for-note cover. There's genuine style and passion here that I don't sense from other drum covers of this same song. Even though this is one of the most familiar songs, I feel you breathed new life into it. In fact, Lars should watch and consider carefully :)
you're good I remember one time I seen a drum set up close 😂 see my logo the band Nile any chance of a cover from something like that. "lashed to the slave stick" starts with some head bangin stuff
First off, I wanna say great job on this cover! Your timing is spot on. Now for some friendly advice, and minor critiquing. You played your hats a little too "sloshy" alot during parts that didn't call for it, and was a bit washed out. Especially with those ZBT's. They're sheet metal cymbals, not cast, so they're tinny sounding to begin with. I like & suggest the Sabian HHX click hats, or HHX x-celerator. Or the Zildjian K series dark hats. In traditional finish. I feel that the brilliant (or polished) finish is too bright. Hats should have a trashy/gritty sound, with a nice crisp, chick when using your foot pedal. That is all, keep jamming! You rock!
don't take no for an answer. you have real talent that deserves fruition. I hope to see you've made it big when the time is right. I'm a big fan already. cheers
Pure AWESOMENESS! 😊 I had a friend who used to play drums in a band called Ultracyde and they did a wicked rock cover of the Prince song "Darling Nikki" (?), I believe it was...his drum solo was tremendous and he really pounded the double bass beats to awesome effect. I bet you could wail on that one, as well, if you were able to find and cover it. I'd LOVE to see how you handle it, because you clearly have the chops to make it work.
I think you do the best Enter Sandman cover on RUclips!! I remember this was the first song I ever learned to play on drums. I drove my family and neighbors CRAZY playing it over and over again cause I had to get it perfect, lol. Good job and keep it up!!!!
Very well done Brooke... After I saw/ heard you cover that Danny Carrey song, FLAWLESSLY, I've never looked back. I'll view everything you upload eagerly. I totally admire your skill and natural talent. You deserve great opportunities and success.....
HAHAHAHA 4:34 FKN A RIGHT!!!! it makes me so fkn happy to see these kinda enthusiasm in the younglings haha makes me feel like the rock spirit is alive and well and kicking butts still!! cheers everyone! and rock on brooke!!
Love the drumstick spin and metal sign, showed that you were enjoying yourself. At the start you seemed so focused then you became relaxed? And it maybe just me but it sounded better as you played on. Awesome player, a band out there is missing out!
There's no way I can play this song yet but for my first song I ever play I want it to be something I loved growing up. How do I go about this? Just try my best to learn this song or get more practice first?
She must have the coolest parents in the world
Benjamin Fredrick

I apologize. Had too much to drink that night. I'm learning my lesson.
estarlingful id say fuck yeah
hahahah we've all DONE IT .. learn to just stay off your phone .. or be aware of what social media apps you are on ..
I was thinking the same thing. Lol She's very talented.
The stick twirl and hand signal at 4:30 shows she knows she did the song right! Big thumbs up!
The smile at 4:30 resume all this... Another sick cover. Love it.
Dont stop.. this cover is really good- supreme. talent within. very inspirational. you are making people happy with your drums. go girl, dont stop!
*FAIL*
You forgot to get up out of your chair, point at the audience and spit water on the stage.
You are a very talented young lady.
I hope that you never lose your passion for the drums, that you keep exploring all types of music and continue to grow with the the instrument.

A lot of great drum parts within those bands. 🤘
Who tuned those drums? They sound awesome. I don't see any triggers or mikes...
I agree, well tuned. But there's something different about DW shells, too. They always have such a wonderful tone.
Check out her Tool cover. Awesome!
DW my friend....DW is the answer to your question.

Bob Rock and Lars. @rts is right. She's doing a great job playing, but the drums from the track are very prominent
This is a relatively simple cover. Watch Brooke nail Forty Six and 2 by Tool...great work.
Karthikeyan Subramanian It may be a simple cover for some one that plays drums. I sure the heck couldn't pull it off. Great job.
yes...but still watch Brooke cover Tool...this one doesn't do justice to Brooke's talents is all I am saying
I have watched lots of people covering this song, this is the one I enjoyed the most
those toms sound epic. that entire kit sounds epic. nicely done.
You can't go wrong with great songs. Fantastic drumming!
I love watching skilled drummers cover other songs ... It's almost as if they are bored with it. But, GIRL YOU NAILED IT!!!!! Awesome Job!!!!!!!!!!
I like this more than the actual studio version. Lately, drums are just my thing
I am impressed! I listen to drum covers all of the time and you are really good.
One of my favorite bands! Great job Brooke! Like one of the other viewers said, somewhere, someplace a band is in need of an awesome drummer! Stay passionate. Keep playing. Stay HUMBLE. You will go far!

LOVE THE DRUMS!!! DRUM WORKSHOP FOR THE WIN
Brooke, amaaaaazing! Wonderful and beautiful, stay as you are!!!!

Awesome. I love talent starting young
Ha ha, loved the stick twirl st the end! Great performance.
Lars would be proud. My favorite part was the intro, you absolutely nailed it. That bass drum was ... perfect.
This a damn good cover. I am enjoying it tremendously. Great looking living room too.
you're good I remember one time I seen a drum set up close 😂 see my logo the band Nile any chance of a cover from something like that. "lashed to the slave stick" starts with some head bangin stuff

Holy loud in the House! You are so lucky that you can play upstairs!. Some real cool Family you must have. Follow your dreams Brooke!
Excellent drumming. You are a goddess.
I can't believe no one has said it yet... you play that jam better than Lars! You're covers are great Brooke, stick with music!
James McCaffrey Lars blows.😁
Better than Lars? she's good..... But let's get real
Derek zarn glad someone said it
This song has nothing to do with hip hop; your racist nonsense is pointless/distracting/annoying.
lol
Very cool! You rock, only watched 2 of your vids but you seem more comfortable on this one (still they both rocked)

Awesome, I love that song! Let's see you do some Neil Peart from Rush.
203 thumbs down ??... Didn't even listen to it, that's my guess.
don't take no for an answer. you have real talent that deserves fruition. I hope to see you've made it big when the time is right. I'm a big fan already. cheers
