Hi Andre, I'm watching this video in 2023 and I've checked nz immigration website and found that Straight to Residence Visa can be applied even offshore now, so there's no need for one meeting all criteria of the green list to obtain an AEWV Visa anymore I think, Am I right?

mechanical engineer profession is there in the green list but bachelor degree is mandatory.
Unfortunately i dont have bachelor's degree.so is it possible to get accredited employer work visa ? With diploma +12 years experience

Hai Sir why Chef position is not in Green list.

It's unfortunate. Chefs can still apply for work visas, just not a Green List Residence Visa.
