Hugging TREES with gratitude brings amazing feeling for me. Trees are part of Mother Nature I love so she never fails to infuse me from her very strong Core Energy. I always feel refreshed & happy to receive these Spiritual gifts. However, I can only hug trees when people are not around because everybody may not understand my behavior.

Thank you Jack. I found that when I am down at home, I seek out my pets and interact with them. Hugging my kitties and just laying down with them and talking to them brightens my day immediately. When at work, smiling to myself and gratitude rampage seem to do the trick. Grateful for you! Birdie
By nature, I tend to be in a good mood most of the time, but I'm sure that the habit of implementing most of those positive practices on a regular basis, which I developed over time, has helped my mood a lot, too. When something happens that stresses me out, I love to listen to positive and powerful music, but I also find solace in hugging a beloved one, or in walking in my favorite park. Also, watching your videos, Jack, lifts my spirit. Your simple and effective tips, along with the calm, positive and reassuring way you talk, make me always feel good. I am breading every breath inhaling positive, love, stronger, happy, energy courage etc and excelling negative, failure, hate, weaker, sad, stress etc. This will acting my healing light of life as best with success even in any mood.

Thank you Jack, I needed this today! I subscribed! I smile a lot during my days, it has become my second nature and it works! Not only for yourself, but smiling to other people gives them a great feeling too. Especially smiling to strangers. You may change someones day more than you're aware of! By the way: dancing is a great way to lift up your mood as well! And what about being creative! Gardening or creating a meal, drawing, painting, writing, etc. are all creative expressions that I do Love so much!

Thank you Jack...I woke up in an unusual bad mood today. I was also not feeling very good since yesterday. Not sure if that's the reason for the bad mood or what. I even left my office to go and sleep at 10h00 am..But yeah, knowing that you tube will always give me a solution, I bumped into this video. If did what you recommended and my mood changed immediately....got to work
