This has become my favorite RUclips channel so far. Now that I think of it, most of my go to recipes for grilling/BBQing are based on your videos. Keep up the good work! 👍
I have no idea why. But at first I didn’t like this channel when it first popped on my feed. But now it’s my favorite for multiple reasons. I know there is a lot of great content creators out there but Brad seems like a neighbor who lets you borrow everything whenever you need it. Cheers to getting people excited to cook with the info on how to!
I've made the whole thing and it is FanTastic! I really love that BBQ sauce it's awesome on brisket sandwiches especially with the pickles and pickled onion. I just added red onion slices to my pickles 😋. Thanks again Bradley
Been making a similar chicken sando for years, but that stock in the sauce and crispy skin are game changer! Gotta give that a shot. Thanks man! Looks amazing!
Another gem. The mini Chud Box appears capable of working superbly as both a grill and a smoker. Probably the right choice for many as a first BBQ and possibly last too.
Much respect for not editing out the "mistake", everybody makes them. I have made chicken demi-glace and you're not joking, it's great stuff. I have also grilled chicken skins and called it chicken bacon. In the 70's my mom had a fish and chicken restaurant and we would cut up yesterday's leftover fried chicken and put it in a crockpot with BBQ sauce and put it on buns.
PERFECTION in every way, buns, sauce, pickles, chicken, chicharrones! It just doesn't get any better than that! I chuckled right out loud over the comment on the bones, "it's like a perpetual meal," that was clever! How can anyone watch this and not subscribe and share?
Man I tell u hwhat... I continue to watch you evolve. I have learned something from you on nearly every video. You are extremely talented and you will soon out grow RUclips. Isn't it funny and a bit frustrating how some times you go to college for one thing it end up doing something that did not require any college or student loan payment that will eventually make you rich. Lol. And I really enjoy when you let Brooke sneak in to your videos. She definitely helps bring a genuine reaction.
I find it very enjoyable to watch these types of videos that you do where you make everything you use for the finished product, it really lets everybody see just how talented you are, and not that all you do is smoke or cook meat. I’m always delightfully impressed. Well done Sir.
Well I did this smoke cook today. Wow. A little twist with sweet pickles because I used a spicy rub and sauce mixed light. Brioche bun made it awesome. The different textures reminded me of pop rocks exploding. Thanks and try the sweet pickles with a spicier sauce. We love your content n entertainment as always. Keep slaying that smoker!
Not a huge bbq chicken fan, but I think you just changed my mind. Awesome video, lots of people like to claim pit master, but they don't even come close to what you throw down. Thanks for the videos.
Great idea instead of pork. I got the recipe all drawn up, including, buns, bbq sauce, and pickles. If you haven't already, (still new here) pastrami on homemade rye, w/homemade dill pickle spears. My #1 favorite sandwich that's tied with the Cubano. Both a 2-3 day process. Not including the 5 days to corn brine the brisket. So worth it to me. 2nd place is a BLT. All 3 are no frills originals. No avocado, no egg, etc. In my humble opinion, you can add whatever you like, and it will be good....but not better. Detracts from the original umami. Like they say, 'too many cooks spoil the pot.'
At a competition one time we marinated the chicken in hard apple cider overnight. It was a huge hit. Added both a fruity sweetness and a fermented funkyness. I bet that would be a great addition to a recipe like this in either the chicken or the sauce.
How about cooking up some classic BBQ restaurant sides, such as mac and cheese, fries, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, bean, etc. Sometimes a little something else to go with the meat is nice too.
Man, that's going to be this weekends cook. I know you and the pink haired guy did a sausage episode but could so imagine you and Josh doing a crossover on sausage. Would be amazing!
I just made this including the 12hr bone broth, BBQ Sauce and the pickles (not the buns yet!) and I'll tell you what, IT WAS DElICIous ! Awesome BBQ sauce I'm going to have to try it on other meats it's that good. Thank Bradley
Your content is freaking amazing. I've enjoyed watching the video's and particularly loved the demonstration of the ordering process for the mattress and seeing you flop down on the bed. Pulled chicken is the best. I would pay good money for that sandwich!
I have mixed feelings about this. My line is; if it’s cooked right, you don’t need bbq sauce (pork ribs being the exception). But a good sauce is always nice to have!
That's why I don't usually go for BBQ chicken. It just doesn't have the kind of flavor that beef or pork has so it needs to be masked by tons of sauce or seasoning.
Thank you for the great videos and helping me be the ""BBQ HERO" to my five (girls) future pit masters. I have a WSM and I was wondering how I can adapt your recipes to my cooker. I am expecting that it would be similar to your CHUDBOX, minus the water pan. Any advice would be great!
It must have been fate that I decided to make pulled pork tonight. Did I have home made buns? No. Did my pork shreds come out of a bag from Sam's club? Yes. But by gawd Did this son of a Florida man make my own sauce and my fiance said it was the best she's ever had? You betcha. She didn't even notice the splash of chocolate ghost pepper sauce I put in till I pointed it out, and she does NOT do spice. I may have been lucky that I come from a family of good cooks, but you foodtub3rs keep inspiring me to try something else!!
I like the new bread addition! B/t Weismann and lagerstrom I have really stepped up bread and doughs. Maybe a video idea…leftover brisket or pork homemade pizza on the chud box or smoker. If you do it I like lagerstrom NY crust and thin Chicago crust. If you do NY…make the poolish. Def makes a better dough!
Damn, Man. That looks screaming. Digging all the extra elements to the videos rather than being so focused on just the meat. Obviously the meat is the hero, but the work put into the buns, pickles, and etc. is cool to see and inspiring me to try it myself.
Awesome pulled chicken Brad! Homemade buns, pickles and bbq sauce just amazing! Y’all could maybe get more sleep if y’all weren’t cleaning up so many spills. Haha! Cheers!

Subbed and hit that bell. Glad to find your channel after your collabs with Guga.

I had to watch this twice, it looked so good.
The home made bun has to be the one ingredient that pushes this over the flavor cliff! That is awesome!
PERFECTION in every way, buns, sauce, pickles, chicken, chicharrones! It just doesn't get any better than that! I chuckled right out loud over the comment on the bones, "it's like a perpetual meal," that was clever!

HI BROOKE!!!! We need to see more of you. Thanks for the cameo.
HI 👋

that tiny whisk is one of the best kitchen purchases I've ever made, price-wise.
Your content is freaking amazing. I've enjoyed watching the video's and particularly loved the demonstration of the ordering process for the mattress and seeing you flop down on the bed. Pulled chicken is the best. I would pay good money for that sandwich!
Any sandwich that has a crispy component from either pork skin, or chicken skin on it is definitely a winner. Cheers! ✌️
Looks amazing! You did it right.

Great recipe Brad. I'll have to do some pulled chicken for the fam next time I'm home.
Way healthier than pork! Awesome!
I have mixed feelings about this. My line is; if it’s cooked right, you don’t need bbq sauce (pork ribs being the exception). But a good sauce is always nice to have!

So much cheaper than pork or beef too. Gotta love chook!!!
Hi 👋. Can you cover how you clean your cutting board? Interested to see how you clean the board after the chicken juice. Thanks!
Thanksgiving is coming, please give me an ahead of time video of the perfect dinner.
Hey Bradley! The kids wanted me to tell you that we cooked a wagyu brisket using your recipe! They loved it

THE TOAST ON THE BUN 10/10
Thank you
Thank you for the great videos and helping me be the ""BBQ HERO" to my five (girls) future pit masters.
Yes. Chicken skin bacon is always bomb! Goes well on Mexican chicken tacos too!
Wow, looks so good
Looks fan-taste-ic! Thanks for sharing.

Epic recipe. 100% trying this 👌🏼
Oh, man. This one's got me excited. I know what I'll be cooking next on my pit lol
Haha! Cheers!
I was waiting for the official taste tester.
It's the most important part of the process.
