Thank you Shifting News for another fine update for us in diaspora to see.Nyahururu alone if using modern farming method can feed the whole of Kenya.Israel which is the almost the size of Laikipia County and desert for the most part not only feeds herself but exports food.Poor farming methods from planting,caring ,storage and transportation makes farming a big challenge in Kenya hence we have to import most our food.
You are right, this place is so nice. If all expertise and resources were set together in a harmonized way across the country, we would experience drastic changes and we would have a high level of food security.
We highly appreciate for coming along through our lens. Nyahururru is an amazing place with good connecting roads (though not dual carriageways). Kenya is such a diverse country.
