I literally broke down crying during this. I am 2000 percent supine. I’m often frustrated with myself but it is who I am. My husband is choleric. Ironically, he’s good for me because he loves my tenderness but is blunt in telling me to express how I “really” feel. Thank you for this!!!

I seem to be phlegmatic and melancholy, but melancholy is a little bit stronger. I honestly feel everything pretty strongly all of the time! It’s exhausting!!!!
I am learning to embrace everything I love about me especially my blue hair that I have right now. To flick off every negative comment thrown my way from people I love that hurt me when they do so and to Express myself even more no matter what people think of it as long as it’s Godly. I’ll never ever ever and I can say that with full confidence I never criticize anybody ever ever ever especially people I love and I don’t know why people feel that it’s OK to do so. It hurts so bad and they know this and I don’t know why they continue to do it.

That's not uncommon. because there are three areas in which temperaments break down, you could easily be a blend. It's possible to be a one temperament in how you relate to surface relationships, another in how you relate to close relationships and yet another in how you desire to control or be controlled. for those who are the same temperament in all three areas, they would find it easier to self evaluate then someone who is a blend. As a fellow supine and people pleaser (lol), my thought is that while I believe any of the temperaments can struggle with people-pleasing, codependency, and be victims of abuse, supines are probably more naturally prone to it because of the nature of who we are naturally personality wise. that’s not to say that all supines deal with these issues, but I’m sure a lot do until they have done the work to heal.

Somehow I identify with a combination of melancholy, supine and sanguine. Depends on my energy level, situation, mind set and mood
