I know that Humanz gets a lot of shade, but it was my first ever Gorillaz album. And this was probably my first ever Gorillaz song I ever listened to FOR REAL. I have not been listening to Gorillaz for very long, but I feel as if I have already developed a deep emotional connection with Damon Albarn's music. I used to listen to this in the car all the time when I was younger, and at the time I wasn't too familiar with Gorillaz. Now I know almost every single song on their discography. Thank you Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett for bringing life into Gorillaz!
P.S: Humanz isn't THAT bad.

Been a fan since Feel Good Inc. was first released. Humanz is a great album.
I was very excited when Humanz got out.
After Plastic Beach, there was a time Gorillaz was on haitus. I was a major Gorillaz geek at the time, and I was searching all kinds of information about possible new albums.
And then, boom! Humanz dropped, Andromeda was the first song I listened to, and I said to myself: they always find a way to make music fresh. I loved it! And other songs are awesome!
Even today, I look at Humanz as an important stepping stone for the continuation of Gorillaz.
Can I just point out, this is such an underrated song.
Like seriously, this is awesome, and almost nobody talks about it!

The entire Humanz era is really underrated, the album has so many good songs even if 2D vocals aren't really present and it's more electronic oriented. One of my favorites albums of Gorillaz!!

i fell in love for the first time to this song. We would listen to this on repeat and simply get lost in each other’s presence. At the chorus, my heart would sink over and over and over again. He was mine and I was his. Things were all right. We’re no longer together, but listening to this takes me back time after time.
I never fail to return to this song each time. It's always been one of my favourites from Gorillaz with something so genuine about it all. I don't know why but it's been terribly comforting for me ever since my aunt passed away last month. I remember distinctly when this first came out, everyone dogged on it for not sounding like classic gorillaz and I was sooooo stoked on it. I played it to complete death. This is probably my first listen in 5 years. It still slaps just as hard, and those people were still wrong.
