Absolutely disappointment with the Video doorbell device which I purchased a little over a year ago. It has not been working for few months now. Not a reliable device. The technician came today and told me that the reset button and the touch button are not working. I called your support and the only option is to buy a new device. You just lost a customer today.
The chime is such a horrible product. It consumes 3 batteries every month. Bought AC chime. With Alexa, the bell comes after 20 to 30 minutes. Such a horrible mechanism.

The chime is such a horrible product. It consumes 3 batteries every month. Bought AC chime. With Alexa, the bell comes after 20 to 30 minutes. Such a horrible mechanism.
