    I have Echo show 8. But live Video is not appearing when Door Bell is pressed. I can only hear voice message in my echo show devicr that "some is at the door" . Is there any settings I am missing.
    Please Note: Video notification is working on my phone's though

    Hi Qubo Team - I recently bought the door bell and while setting up doorbell camera is not scanning the QR code on Qubo app. I have tried all angles for more than 30-40 seconds per try keeping 6-8 inches distance but no luck. Kindly please let me know the issue or is the product defective ?

    The video on mobile phone is not instant. It starts after 20-25 seconds after the door bell button is pressed. How can this time lag be reduced ? I have 300 mbps wifi connection and the router is just 20 ft away from the bell.

    If you reset or change wifi rputer,it will be super difficult for normal usrs to recommision it.tried chat support but it wont worked. I tried 4 times in a row to reset and scan qr code but unable to achieve it.above all on removing panels the alarm starts spunding which made reseting more difficult.pls send technician to help

    I have bought another AC chime for my bigger house. But the problem is I am not able to pair the new AC chime. It has only two buttons, one for chime song and other is volume button. How to pair the new chime? Note: I want my battery chime to be also active at the same time.

    After scanning, the video door bell is not able to find wifi. The speed test near the doorbell is saying 70mbps

    My wifi router is in 1st floor, if I place the camera bell on ground floor and the chime in 1st floor, can it work?

      Sir, Chime is battery-operated. wifi is not required for the same, the wifi is required for the only doorbell.
      The chime operational range is 100 meters.

    My chime bell pairing is having problem.. it automatically got unpaired after few minutes.. and when I touch my video doorbell it doesn't ring inside the home.. pls help.. as earlier there was having pairing problem so I got it replaced but now it's paired but after few minutes its unpaired automatically... Pls give me the solution qubo 🙏🙏

    Absolutely disappointment with the Video doorbell device which I purchased a little over a year ago. It has not been working for few months now. Not a reliable device. The technician came today and told me that the reset button and the touch button are not working. I called your support and the only option is to buy a new device. You just lost a customer today.

    The chime is such a horrible product. It consumes 3 batteries every month. Bought AC chime. With Alexa, the bell comes after 20 to 30 minutes. Such a horrible mechanism.
