WeaKnees TiVo Roamio Fan Installation

Details instructions on how to change a fan on at TiVo Roamio or TiVo Roamio OTA DVR.
If you have Roamio OTA, you can ignore references to the CableCARD and you will not have a CableCARD cage to remove. This is mentioned in the video from about 00:50 - 02:30 and about 10:00 - 11:15.
This video does NOT apply to the TiVo Roamio Plus or Pro models.

I just finished my replacement, but I did not put in the bottom screws. That way, if I have to replace the replacement fan, all I need to do is open the top cover, and not disassemble the Tivo completely. The two top screws are easy to get to, and are really all that is needed.

Help! I can not get the cablecard bracket to go back into the cablecard connector.

Just go slow and be careful. There are many pins there, and if they get bent, it's a real hassle to fix them.
