No way! I discovered The Sidekicks after seeing them open for Against me years ago in support of Awkward Breeds and Transgender Dysphoria. Fell in love with that album instantly. I've seen Against Me 6 times and Laura once. Cant believe the combo!
In 2018, I got sat next to Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian at a restaurant in Cleveland. I had on a T-shirt with the Cavs logo from the 90's that said "The Sidekicks" instead of "Cavs." Saw Khloe point to it and ask Tristan what the shirt meant. I'm assuming she's listening to this right now while reading this comment.
