I need to correct a possible misunderstanding of how getting skills work. You need plundering/copying skills to get more from mobs or otherworlders. This doesn’t apply to certain raid bosses like Charybdis or Orc Disaster. The skills that can copy/plunder are: Predator, Gluttony, Gourmet, Usurper, Pride, Vampirism, and Spearhead. Some of these work differently in plundering/copying skills though!
So if I don’t get a plunder or copy skill, I can’t get any skills then? Not including boss and set gainable ones of course.
@@DeathStroke-wg2lx yup! Gotta work with what you start with. If you are a monster, certain skills will also evolve to stronger forms when you evolve yourself too.
actually there is a 3% chance you get a skill when killing an overworler even without a copying skill (with predator the chances go up to 30% and with great sage + predator its almost 100%)
how are you sopposed to evolve as a demon i read on the wiki you need the sin series?
@@David-yd2me you need one of the 7 deadly sin skills. Like gluttony for example, which you can possibly get by beating a demon orc.

This a cap to magicules, but you can use a command or edit the mod files ini settings to make it higher I think. It has been awhile though since I played the mod, so not 100% certain on this.

Is there a guide on what the best race is for beginners?
Any race is good for beginners really, but the best may be the slime race cause of passive regen. Also a higher chance of getting predator skill. Otherwise choose whatever you want! Goblin may be the hardest to start with tho, cause you can’t wear diamond or iron armor until you evolve.

Is there any reason that water blade doesn't work? I have the achievement and the skill unlocked but water blade just doesn't work.
You got to have it slotted in to your skills. Otherwise idk why it wouldn’t work. It worked fine last time I played the mod.
@@MistDemon weird, i had it in my 2nd slot and tried to use it. I just didn't fire the projectile.
@@JustAnotherWisconsinite it may be a bug ot something wrong with your mod list? I can’t help much more than that. Might have to contact the mod creator. The water blade IS thin and fast. Try rapid firing it and if you don’t see a bunch of blue slashes, then it is definitely bugged.
@@MistDemon Yeah, It must be bugged then because it doesn't fire any projectiles or damage anything, thank you.

How to be slime?
im using /consume and it says you cant do that what am i doing wrong?
/consume and then you gotta specify what you want. So /consume water or /consume lava. It is how you can absorb lava and water to get the respective manipulation powers.

@@Kwax2Wish Be sure you have predator to do this. I believe the other skills consume blocks differently.
What were the buttons for the skills
Check your control mappings. It should be on a category that tells you or let’s you set it to a keybinding.

how do i get the model of a goblin or slime
Gotta use shapeshifter mod and kill a goblin, but it might be a tad glitchy. Use at your own risk on servers. Same with a slime, but that may be harder to do! Intelligent slimes are hard to beat early on!

Unfortunately the server didn’t pan out and it is no longer around. Apologies if the video got your hopes up.
I was lucky enough to get orc- one of the best meele fighting races which has a weapon that does 20 damage when wielded by an orc, which to my knowledge is the highest dmg a weapon can do in the mod, and I got Envy, a buffing ability that takes ZERO magicules, I think

The labyrinth dungeon will be a big tree with a portal. Watch out tho! When you go through it you will have to face a boss! The other dungeon/portal is a big red portal that leads to the spirit realm/nether.

@@clover1080 the tree is pretty big. Otherwise not really. Keep exploring you will probably find it eventually.
