This definitely works i had scraped the back of my heel and didn't have to worry about the pain interfering When i trained a few days ago doing a bicep and tricep superset I didn't feel the pain as badly it felt warm and then slightly sore with most of my soreness in my triceps Edit: dw i treated my injury
