Thank you so much after some days of listening I was in a fight with someone in my school he used to beat me everyday I got beaten up by him today but suddenly I actually used Kaio-Ken my hair started lifting my heart started beating very fast and my body became red everywhere my muscle tighten up and became bigger especially my forearms it felts like i was in a saian body i started seeing red aura surrounding me the people that was watching the fight was screaming and said that there is a red aura floating around me I felt so powerful I moved so fast I gave him a punch to the face and one knock out after that I ran out of energy and my body became normal again and the aura disappeared after the fight everyone was shocked my friends kept telling me how did u become red and stuff

This is the only saiyan sub I listen to, it's my fave :) I'm a woman so I'm glad there's no beard affs in this, it deters me from your other audios. The biggest change I noticed when I began listening again after a break is: my body feels a lust to train, my willpower is more palpable, and I've kinda got the saiyan sneer going on when I'm feeling certain emotions toward certain stimuli.

The second version of this helped a lot Two days ago i accidentally broke my limits entering a limit break where I didn't feel tired physically but on a muscular level was exhausted and couldn't continue because of instability. I learned from my recklessness and got control over my pride and drive using image training. Nowadays i don't go all out with reckless abandon. Edit: for context i had awakened to my saiyan pride and drive to train and became obsessed with training it left me constantly pushing my limits and while i got stronger It eventually led to it growing out of control because of lack of control over my drive resulting in a giant circuit with almost no rest of myself pumping out as many reps as i could safely do on the weakest muscles. This resulted in heavy muscular exhaustion along with being drenched in my own sweat. Yet due to a limit break it sorta allowed me to not collapse due to instability or physical exhaustion. After trying to push 22.5 pounds with the cable tower at my local gym my arms were violently shaking due to overexertion and pushing myself too hard. However i thankfully didn't injure myself however because of this i had to reevaluate myself and do both some image training and some reflection on myself.
