Just binned my JLM system after 18 months of leaks and bad calibration. It's the second one as well, the caps suck! Replaced with a V Lube system, already looks better made. Time will tell.
Thank you for your rapid response, but you did not answer the first question. Will the JLM oil harm the catalytic converter or is it safe to use it in the cars with catalytic converter? Mr. Mladen (Serbia)
Dear Mr. Mladen, sorry I missed your first question. JLM Valve Saver Fluid is safe to use and will not harm the catalytic convertor. Kind regards, JLM Lubricants
Does the JLM oil damage the catalytic converter? What is the shelf life of the oil? I'd buy the stock for the next 5 years if in 5 years will not lose its properties.
Dear Madam/Sir, thank you for yur message. Please be advised that we can warrant a shelf live of maximum 3 years. Please let us know if you require any additional information. With kind regards, JLM Lubricants
Thanks you for your question! It will have some cleaning effect, but the primary characteristic is to protect the valves and seats on autogas powered cars. For a dedicated cleaning approach on the Gasoline Direct Injection inlet valves we have the JLM Petrol GDI Injector Cleaning fuel additive. Here is the link for a video and more information on this product www.jlmlubricants.com/en-us/products-additives/jlm-gdi-injector-cleaner
