Another interesting interaction with the press as the Beatles take on a new level of questions that weren’t like the ones in the past. John & Paul are asked more these days about their music and its progression. John is also asked about his thoughts on Christianity, Vietnam & what is the most important thing in life. George answers back to the idea of the Beatles’ ‘diminishing popularity’. Paul talks about his thoughts on writing a musical with John, & Ringo discusses their scariest moment touring and life away from show business.

Very revealing press conference. Lennon says a couple of things that foreshadow his future , like recording experimental albums, returning his MBE or, sadly, being shot.

What's so interesting at ALL the American(and Canadian) press conferences, they knew this was their last live tour. Immediately after SF, they all took a long break and started doing their own things.

Never heard this...keep 'em coming. They had a taping session in Boston Mass.at the Somerset Hotel on August 18, 1966. Any chance of getting that one???

I'm listening to what I've got now and, unfortunately, it's not very good sound-wise. What I'll do is upload it to my soundcloud account so anyone can still hear it.
