Problem with PAGGS is too many credit cards are accepted so it gets full quickly. Marhaba is not that nice. My fave is A-Lounge and only one credit card has access to it, Security Bank so its not as busy as PAGGS.
I don’t live in the 🇵🇭 but u visited the country few times, this October will be there again, I don’t I have those local credit cards, but I want to try it, pwede po ba walk in or what international credit card do they accept except American Express since I don’t live in US, thank you po

The issue i have with PAGSS at Terminal 3 is how it gets full frequently. And when it is full, they prioritize business class passengers and make credit card holders wait. But yes. Pagss is way better than msrhaba. The pagss at terminal 1 is smaller but isn't as busy as the one at t3. And dont bother with the pagss lounge at domestic t3. It literally is just a hole in the wall.

Pwede po yata mag walk in. Magbabayad lang po kayo ng 1,500 per person.
