The skip technique tip is insanely valuable. I've been training for 7 years and nobody ever told me that. Tried it right away in shadow boxing and immediately felt the difference. Wow. Thank you again.

It's very important to pull the kicking leg back as fast as possible most people neglect it even though they have a good kick

Btw I’m impressed with Tito’s kicks. Quick, relaxed, powerful. I do skip as well. I always thought it works great for taller fighters with long legs to get initial speed, like Tawanchai. Shorter and stockier fighters are great with classic kicks with no skip, like Nong-O.

Very little known secret you can even apply these skip step to punches. Especially if you wanna really commit on a finishing punch where you know you have them hurt you can skip step to push off the rear foot and into the right hand or even a jab or a leaping gazelle hook. Should be applied during correct times though.

nice. been out for a year and now im back to training. finding my range again seems to be something i gotta refocus on; using these drills on heavybag/sparring/padwork will get me back to where i was. good looks on the upload. long time fan from back when you fought in MAX. glad to see you and your fam in good health.

      Update:
Spar night at Home tonight. Every bit of what's shown here, works. Not that I doubted it would but it worked way better than I thought. Thanks for the video. 🙏🏽

I spent the first 3 months this year in Thailand training at sitjaopho and Hinphet was my main trainer. He showed me the skip and it has made the world of a difference it comes so fast it’s so hard to block. It has lead me to land kicks almost at will on people

So cool, Kru Hinphet was Coach Charles trainer for over 3 years, so he gets a lot of his teachings from him . Thanks for sharing 🙏🙏✅

I feel like a lot of Thais have a posterior pelvic tilt when kicking to improve mobility and speed, is it just me?
