Interesting for several reasons. First mizuno leftie irons inbthre jpx 921 line is only the tour (6-pw/gw). Second while currently using the Callaway apex cf19 with a kbs 90 graphite shaft , I have been trying on the course for several weeks now (7 irons) of various brands and models including the new Taylor made lube, king cobra forged Tec and many more. The one club I have liked but only makes sense if I buy a few only from the states which is not feasible right now for travel reasons IE the pxg gen 3 p, meant I have to have a possible replacement back up. I have tested and will continue to test the jpx 921 sel 7 iron with a project X lz 4.5 65g r shaft but so far very promising and much prefer it to my apex. I was worried that the loft change would be significant but no unfound that the 7 iron (34 degrees) gave me same distance, better performance and stability - even with a system club not adjusted for my lie angle - than my cf19 apex 7 iron (30.5 degrees)- wow. The feel of the pxg was better but this was not bad and I am able to work the ball better. Unfortunately not able to try any of the other models being a leftie.
I wish ....
Marketing bullshit. Mizuno used to have integrity but have now joined the crowd. Ping appears to be the last hold out against this crap.
