Dr. Monica Arroyo used to be my daughters Neurologist up until she was 5 months old, after we were turned away by Joe Dimaggio when they couldn’t diagnose her neurological issue they gave up on us. They told us to except her condition & laughed when we suggested other medical facilities for additional help. They gave almost 25 different medications without explaining the side effects and basically experimented on my daughter. She suffered and still is. She was born & kept in there NICU & PICU unit for 17 days after birth, came home with a hemorrhage and now is 13 months immobile, lost speech, vision worsening. She also was diagnosed there with abnormal movements which turned into seizures. We were forced to go to Nicklaus Children’s were we seen much better improvement & care. Her status always the same no development.

What was the diagnosis, if there was? One of the causes for celebral prlsy is hemorrhage.
