Edge Finishing for Stained Glass (adding a beaded edge to a stained glass panel)

  • Here is a classroom demonstration on how I add a beaded edge to a straight edged project. I am using Solder Wedgies, EZ 40 PLUS Solder flux, and 60/40 solder from Ed Hoy's.
    If you are using traditional stained glass flux with zinc chloride, you solder may not behave the same way. You could likely skip the re-flux/'re-dab' steps.

      Look up "solder wedge" or "solder props." Stained glass supply places have them. SO handy!
