@@AliMECH The wiper arm of a 2011 Toyota Avalon does not have any small gauge bendable parts to ensure the blade is made perpendicular to the glass. Any suggestions?
I wish I had seen this before I bought my new ones. Oh well, I'll keep them for the future. Thanks, Alimech. Great explanation. Maybe add that you need to hold the bottom part firmly while twisting the upper end.
It might work temporarily, but over time the blades wear down to the part that isn't flexible. They simply won't flex with the arm direction. At that point, new blades are a must!
@@AliMECH - I think there is a misunderstanding here?! They asked if it damages the wiper blade doing this. You said yes but I think you mean no, it doesn't damage the blade, it has nothing to do with the blade, you are simply twisting the wiper arm to align the blade to the windshield.
I believe there is a misunderstanding - No, doing this doesn't damage the wiper blade, just be very gentle bending the wiper arm, this is what you don't want to damage. You bend the arm gently to align the blade to the windshield...hope this helps.
Loved the multiple camera angles, it was so easy to understand for me
